Nothing too exciting today. Vic and I went to the Ice House in Pasadena with the in-laws to celebrate my BIL's birthday. Pretty funny. Today is my dad's anniversary. Happy Anniversary daddy even though I know you won't see this. Hope it was a great one. That's all for now...sleepy.
Ok so it's day two of the can I survive not eating junkfood plan and it is getting harder, no lie! I didn't get to do my walking today but hopefully will tomorrow. I did stick to the eating plan pretty well though. Getting my 3 meals a day! I am super excited for the 4th of July, we have a great day of festivities here in La Verne that we go to. First a great pancake breakfast (which I might have to skip, due to calories), then the parade which my youngest will be in with his cub scout den, then on to the country fair and last but definitely the best part...the fireworks/live band in the BHS stadium with friends! Can't wait! I also can't wait till the 11th, not only is it my 17th Anniversary but it is also the Renegade Craft Show here in Los Angeles! My friend Jackie and I are going...fun! Ok so today, I started working out with a trainer. I got up at 5:45am to meet her at 6. I think that was the hardest part...well no, not really, but I hate waking up early! She took all my measurements (yes, it was painful to learn I could probably keel over at anytime) and then I did the treadmill and some weight training. All in all it was great. My energy level after I left was way better than it normally is and I felt good. Now, I just gotta learn how to not eat cheese and ice cream and bagels and all the stuff i really like. Really. Like. Anyone know any great low cal recipes???? I. Need. Help.
