Working Out...

Ok so today, I started working out with a trainer. I got up at 5:45am to meet her at 6. I think that was the hardest part...well no, not really, but I hate waking up early! She took all my measurements (yes, it was painful to learn I could probably keel over at anytime) and then I did the treadmill and some weight training. All in all it was great. My energy level after I left was way better than it normally is and I felt good. Now, I just gotta learn how to not eat cheese and ice cream and bagels and all the stuff i really like. Really. Like. Anyone know any great low cal recipes???? I. Need. Help.
